This project included the new construction of a 203,061 SF Senior Independent Living Facility. It consisted of 129 luxury living units with large, extravagant commercial community space including (3) elevators, commercial grade kitchen, and a swimming area. The Original lump-sum contracted value for this project and final value:$26,472,162.00.
$27,527,585.00 final value with (9) owner directed change orders.
