Pre-Construction and Construction Management services for the Emergency Department Relocation & Heart Center Expansion Project planned for Highland Medical Center Campus. The multiphased project included renovations and additions of over 90,000 square feet and exterior access for main points of entry. The overall project goals included expansion to:
Emergency Services, Heart Center including Cardiac Cath and CV/Telemetry beds, Support Services including Facilities, and Bio-Med, while maintain a strategic number of accessible medical/ surgical beds in operation.
