Kyle grew up in the construction business. His grandfather was an architect, and his father launched Hand Construction in 1980. Kyle began his career as a laborer on several projects before taking on project estimating duties. Since his humble beginnings in the

business, he has worked on estimating projects ranging from $20,000 to $45,000,000. Kyle has successfully managed numerous multi-million dollar projects, including new commercial metal building construction, military housing renovations and complex hospital facility renovations.

Kyle is the past president of the Shreveport Associated General Contractors, and serves the organization as an ongoing board member. Kyle is also proud to serve as a member of the Bossier City Lions Club.
